This whiskey was distilled and laid down in the Midleton Distillery on 8th November 2000, where it remained for 23 years. This single cask #26204 was then hand selected by Master Blender, David McCabe.

Rich pot still spice intensity with delicate oak tannins and subtle bints of darker chocolate. The spices slowly fade to reveal a sweet and luscious silky texture, layered with dried fruits, vanilla and treacle toffee. The Oloroso influence continues to develop adding toasted almonds and autumnal fruits.
