Expressive with bright citrus and caramelised orange leading into deeper, darker notes of berries, cacao beans, and subtle spice. The influence of the Calvados (apple brandy) cask adds nuances of baked apple pastry, toasted nuts, and leather. The mouthfeel is famously chewy, robust, and mouth-coating.
